Come join us, old and new friends alike at the Biere Library for a bit of a hang-out and getting to know some of our ciders! We will have on tap: Inaugural Blonde, Imperial Amber, and Hopped. George and Sarah will be pouring half ($2.50) and full glasses ($5), that we believe will pair great with the Biere Library’s menu. We’ll also have 22oz bottles (Blonde and Amber only) for sale as singles, 3 ($30), 6 ($55), and 12 ($100) packs.
Bottles of Hopped will be forthcoming in 500ml bottles (awaiting labels).
Also note two more varieties are in the works, Red Plum and Home Grown. Red Plum is an apple-pear base with Italian red plums both squeezed and infused into the base. It is nearing completion, with a beautiful rosy-red color, and like all of our ciders, dry, but full of flavor. Anticipating release in very early Oct, and only about 200 bottles. Home Grown is a blend of our own apples here, as we affectionately call it, Crooked Row Orchard. The dominant apple in our collection is Herefordshire Redstreak, along with a number of other varieties in much smaller quantities. Ashley at Pleasant Valley Apples will be pressing these the weekend prior to this event and currently anticipating release in early November.
